“Illumitones”, a one person exhibition, opens at the Center for Photographic Art in Carmel, CA   April 9, 2011 through May 28, 2011

The show will feature 42 prints from Kauffman's series of photo-collage abstrations. New works within the Illumitones series titled “Reductions” will be unveiled.

Kim will attend the opening reception Saturday, April 9, 4-6pm and present two talks in the afternoon prior to the opening.

Center for Photographic Art (CPA) features Kauffman Print

Fugue featured in the upcoming book "Why Photographs Work"

He has written an essay on each photograph explaining why the images work aesthetically and emotionally. Lancaster Museum featuring Kim Kauffman Prints in fundraiser

Five of Kim’s Florilegium series will be included in a show of botanically inspired art works for sale during the Lancaster Museum of Art spring fundraising gala organizeded by Isabel                                    Lark Fine Art on Saturday, April 2. Works will be on display at                                    the Museum two weeks prior to the event.
